wideband operations on 4950 KHz

hi all,
I'm working on some wideband signals spotted on 4950 KHz (central frequency) that definitely do not belong to 188-110D App.D (WBHF) but use Harris WB-ALE (3GWB) paradigm for linking. Signals are very very poor here in Eu so I'm forced to use some US KiwiSDRs, mainly the one owned by WA2ZKD which provides up to 20 KHz IQ band for recording... unfortunately not wide enough for some modulations. So, it would be great if someone out there could provide short IQ recordings (just a minute or less) performed using a wider band.

those signals eminate from just down the street from me, at Harris..... where I work! :-)

The initial call is done on a 3 KHz 3G channel and then a WB BW is negotiated depending on regulatory restrictions on either station or the BW occupancy by other energy. It can result in a BW or 3-24 KHz with a data rate from 75-115,000 bps.

It is well past prototype now and the system has been fielded in PRC-160 radios now

I need good recordings to study the data waveforms (TLC, preamble, frames) maybe you could help
