Yes, that is much better, totally useable now. The rotary controls are really easy to use now.

Yes I know how gestures should work on Android, having been using Android since 2008, but unfortunately on mobile devices it isn't that simple. The gesture often encroaches on another object. Plus not all users know how the rotary controls should wo…

Yes, nice app, works well. Just one thing I don't like is the rotary controls, very difficult to set on mobile devices. Sliders would be a better choice or drop downs.

I have just noticed it is exactly the same on my OpenWebRX server, so maybe something that goes all the way back to the early days.

I can't get the waterfall to scroll on any Android device, well not vertically anyway. To activate the full full screen you have to be able to scroll the entire page not just element. Yes I do use the "Off" button, but it is still annoying…

i didn't know they were going to use the proxy server, I don't with my V2.

Don't forget you are going to have to assign it a different port number from default. If you want it to accessible from outside your network.

Switching to any of my loops gives me massive signals, no noise and much reduced noise floor. I can hear every signal that is there. But the SNR figure is rubbish compared to the horizontal doublet. The doublet gives a good SNR, pushing me up the li…

Never noticed the problem myself.

If you want your loop to be broadband, that is to cover the bandwidth of the Kiwisdr, then a balun isn't needed. However we don't know the size of your loop, so depending on its size you may find you need some form of matching transformer, be it a b…

Yesterday evening my SNR figures were driven down to 8/8 by static from lightning some 200 miles away. I wouldn't say reception was affected on any band. So do these figures really matter and do we need this "League table"? If you are look…

To be honest with you I was perfectly happy with the reception at my location on my various radios (up to 9 online) and judging by the many that regularly use them because of the good and generally free interference reception they are too. I have ma…

Doesn't your Kiwisdr live in a box? Even a cardboard box is better than nothing.

https://forum.kiwisdr.com/index.php?p=/discussion/comment/20575#Comment_20575 Johnf, you can still download the last version from apkpure https://apkpure.com/kiwisdr/appinventor.ai_bernd_hebel.KiwiSDR You will have to "allow apps from unrecogni…

No doubt what you say is true, but Slowrx in its full form, does allow the saving of images as PNGs.

The IC is a NE592N14, the board seems to be a repackage of this item. https://www.ebay.com/itm/404924557664?

This certainly worked my end. Thank you.

@jks I have emailed the information requested, hopefully you will be able to crack this. Thanks

Ok I will have to do this tomorrow sometime as the serial number can't be seen on the outside. I have to say that I only noticed this because the Ant switch extension wasn't working. It also had become disabled on my V2, that is now switched back o…

Went out this morning a 08:00 UTC and my V1 was working and on 1.708. Came home at 14:00 and is constantly reloading. When the radio page stays up long enough to read it it says it is still on 1.708 and the Admin status page says the same, then it…

Most if not all worries in that original thread are taken care of by virtue of the opto isolators on the board I am using. Certainly wouldn't use one without them. Oh some of the info on that old thread is out of date, example, antennas 8,9 and 10…

After using this for a while now I have a suggestion. When set to "If multiuser is denied then antenna switching is disabled when more than one user is online." the option to auto switch to the Default antenna would be useful. At present o…

Ken, I have built my own switch units that are controlled from Beagle GPIO using the Antenna switch extension by Kari, OH1KK. I used a relatively inexpensive 8 channel relay board that uses opto couplers between the relays and the GPIO pins on the b…

It all works fine for me now, so I am happy. ant,1 makes total sense.

I don't know why it isn't working for you, but just a few observations. For the NC antennas (presumably means 'Not Connected') just omit any description and the buttons won't display, leaving just the actual antennas. Having 5 antennas with the same…

I woke up this morning and both my Kiwis are on v1.674, but the DX label switching isn't working now. Otherwise, the Ant Switch is working. EDIT; I have just seen your other post about v1.674 and you have changed the syntax from ant_switch,3 or a…

The syntax works. However; the first time in a browser session it works, but after changing the antenna and then clicking on the DX label it doesn't switch to the appropriate antenna, you have to refresh the browser. I may have to video this behav…

Okay, I can confirm all works perfectly in v1.673. Quick question, is it possible to choose a specific antenna in the DX Label? I can select the extension, but can I also specify which antenna?
