Hi John As an alternative to using your reverse proxy or this new third party proxy, I have been looking at https://github.com/fatedier/frp The requirement is to set up KiwiSDRs at remote sites using 4G routers/hotspots. I have several Kiwis and sev…

Many thanks John for helping me out and updating the KMTronic backend for the UDP version. I really appreciated your fast response. The new code was written and tested over night (in the UK) and ready for me in the morning. This would not have been …

Hi Martin Yes full understood. The WJ antenna switches have built-in logic-level drivers but I'll use a buffer interface for belt & braces ..! 73 Terry

Thanks for the photos and info Martin. Very encouraging. I have a couple of Watkins Johnson 6-port RF switch modules that should work with this. Terry G0EZY

Finally - realised what has happened. We have had mains supply problems. Kiwis rebooted before the router started so not supplied with IP and allocated their own address. When router started and addresses available the Kiwis kept their "Private…

Very useful. One of my Kiwis (G0EZY-1) is now set to RX8WF2 mode with TDoA=6 and available for testing.

I agree. Given the developing capabilities of the KiwiSDR network especially TDoA and the publicity its getting, the operation has to be squeaky clean w.r.t. international and national regulations. It really was interesting to read the CEPT ECC Repo…

Thanks JKS - it was interesting to read the Ofcom statement and licensing arrangements. I have, of course, disabled my system and now run all the GPS antennas outside.

I use one of these (see eBay): GPS Antenna Signal Repeater Amplifier Receiver Active For Car Phone navigation. The external GPS antenna is on the shack roof, the internal antenna radiates the GPS signals around the shack for pick up by KiwiSDR, GPSD…

I have cloned from https://github.com/hcab14/kiwiclient.git to Win7 and Linux. I'm not a Python expert but assume I can modify the makefile for the specific function I want to run (record, fax etc) and the kiwiserver address and port, frequencies et…
