any idea about a kind of carrier signal at 36 kHz
If the KiWi is using an indoor Wellbrook ALA1530 LN, as stated on the top line of the GUI, then it's most likely to be interference from a switched mode power supply somewhere in and around the home.
It's very difficult to eradicate these sort of unwanted signals on frequencies below approx 100KHz as there are so many possible sources usually from modern day electronic consumer goods. Even if the device is battery powered it will often contain a switching DC-DC convertor, operating somewhere within this frequency range.
